Raji Tejumola Taiwo is from Ilesha Osun State, Nigeria. She is the CEO of TejTai Oil and Gas Ltd, Lagos. She married her heartthrob, Raji Babajide in July 29, 2007 and their union is blessed with four children.
She attended to Nigerian Model High School and proceeded to University of Lagos to study Business Administration/ Marketing.
She was inducted into, rotary club of isolo in 2017 and on July 18th, 2021, she was officially sworn in as the 41st President of the Isolo District 9110, Nigeria at the Banquet Hall, Sheraton Hotel, Lagos, Nigeria.
Rotarian Tejumola while presiding over the Rotary Club Isolo meeting for the first time as president, described Cervical Cancer as a plague that people do not know much about but is silently devastating the health of women- both young and old. This led to the the Cervical Cancer Centre building project in 2021. The Project was aimed at serving women and girls in free testing, vaccination against the disease and a treatment centre.
In her tenure, the rotary club of Isolo recognised two senior employees of Isolo General Hospital, Lagos, namely: Chief Nursing Officer, Mrs Regina Olufunke Olusola and Senior Data Processing Officer, Mr. Ademigbuji Adedapo Ajani. This was done on one of their visits to view the club’s construction site of its star project , Cervical Cancer Centre which is on the hospital premise.
According to Rotarian Tejumola, the awardees went beyond the call of duty to ensure that patients got the necessary medical care.
Tejumola in her time completed 66 projects before passing the baton.
“Our goal was to carry out 25 projects but we ended doing 66,” she said while giving her vote of thanks.
Tejumola deserves all the ovation she is getting.
