With numerous acts setting records and making their names all around the world in 2022, the entertainment business surely saw a lot of successes.

One of the album’s tracks, “Last Last,” debuted at number 13 on the Billboard Top 200 Albums chart.


2022 saw some accomplishments for well-known artist David Adeleke, better known as Davido. He was one of the performers who carried the Nigerian flag during the FIFA World Cup in 2022. After debuting at number 38 on the British charts, the song became Bnxn’s first Top 40 single.

At a ceremony held at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, on September 4, 2022, Bnxn took home the The Headies 2022 ‘Next Rated’ award.


Two international collaborations with Temilade Openiyi, called Tems, occurred this year. She was a featured artist on Future’s track “Wait For U,” from the album “I Never Liked You,” which included American rappers. On Beyonce’s album “Reinassance,” she also appeared on the song “Move.”
