Oluwatobi Ayokunle Ibitoye was born on August 9, 1993 at Zone 2, Wuse District, Abuja. He is a Nigerian-born Romanian singer and songwriter.
Tobi who is now signed to an independent record label in Romania, Uninvited Artists was a finalist at the 5th edition of The Voice of Romania. Shortly after his appearance on the TV show, he launched into music. He became the first and only Blackman to be listed on Forbes Romania top 30 under 30 list in 2016.
He relocated to Romania with his family in 2009, (age 15) due to his father’s dealings with Romanian Embassy. Prior to the relocation, Tobi had had his primary and secondary education.
Upon relocation, he proceeded to International School of Bucharest then completed his high school at Cambridge School of Bucharest. He later bagged a degree in Biochemistry, Faculty of Biology at University of Bucharest.
At age 10, he started trying his hands on his mother’s violin and has since maintained a special bond with the instrument.
