Teju Babyface is a Nigerian stand-up comedian, talk show host, producer, and writer. His real name is Gbadewonuola Olateju Oyelakin. Many people in Nigeria also refer to him as The King of Talk.

Teju was conceived on January 20, 1979.

He began his career in entertainment in 1999 after starring in the Diamond Ring film series by Tade Ogidan. In 2001, Teju Babyface also had an appearance in the late Amaka Igwe’s national TV series Solitaire, in which he once more costarred with Richard Mofe-Damijo in the lead role.

In addition, he has written two books, Forget Principles, Find A Mentor: How To Connect With The People Who Will Help You Get From Where You Are To Where You Need To Be In Life and Secrets Of The Streets: 23 Secrets For Achieving Success With Talent. Under the umbrella title Secrets Of The Streets: Twenty-Three Secrets For Making Money With Your Talent That You Will Never Learn In School, these two books were released in 2020.

He created The Teju Babyface Show for television in 2010. By the 11th season of the production, quite a number of celebrities and personalities had visited the show.

Teju married Oluwatobiloba Banjoko in September 2012. The duo welcomed their twins in 2018.
