On Thursday afternoon, Chris Bridges, an American actor and rapper better known by his stage name Ludacris, received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
As a rapper and actor, Ludacris has long been a fixture of pop culture. He has sold more than 24 million albums worldwide, and as such, the illustrious Hollywood Walk of Fame in the City of Los Angeles is delighted to welcome him to this important historical site.
He played a lead role in the popular Fast and Furious series as well.
Rapper LL Cool J and actor Vin Diesel both gave speeches at the Los Angeles celebration with Ludacris in attendance.
To motivate young people, Ludacris established The Ludacris Foundation. He has also donated to organisations including the USO, Feeding America, and the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
